We pursue our projects using a combination of our own capital and relationships with a variety of commercial real estate lenders and banking institutions. Our fundamental approach places an emphasis on capital preservation and risk management. Our astute selection process allows us to leverage our experience and maintain a consistent continued growth through multiple real estate cycles. Our preferred deal size ranges from $20 million to $60 million, inclusive of acquisition.
