Qingyun Mountain is a scenic area located in Yongtai County China. The Principals gained control of a National Scenic Area covering approximately 32 square miles. Along with the scenic area, rights to develop select areas were approved by the government. The final plan called for the development of a Hot Springs resort with onsite Hotel, Villas, Ryokans, and "Treehouses."
